Fermentation
Fermentation stabilised quite high not sure what went on, the temp was around 16 degrees c during fermentation and dropped to 14 at the end for several days.
Packaging
Sample tasted ok there was quite a lot of sediment in suspension may need to use a clarifying agent in the boil if you want to be really clear.
Added 60 drops of hazelnut extract into about 8 l in the keg to try and get a nutty taste.
