Notes
General
The beer was brewed as way to use up some of the hops that were being stored in the freezer, the selection was three fold :
1) There was not enough in the packet for a full Batch
2) They were getting to the end of there life and need to be used
3) They might work well together
Mash
Total Water Needed : 18.31L
Mash Water : 14L
Sparge Water : 6.5L
Need to bring the volume down by 1 litre next time, the 10 litre profile has been updated .
Fermentation
Dry hop added on day 5, slow fermentation probably due to low temp and under pitching of yeast.
Packaging
This was the first beer that was direct transferred into our 9 Litre min keg, it was purged with CO2 and then filled using gravity to try and limit the amount of contact with O2.
