Boil
Added the last hop addition below 80c and steeped at that for 10 mins before restarting the cooling process.
Fermentation
The fermentation is quite slow due to the ambient temp, sitting around 14 degrees on day 6 with quite a lot crossen on it.
Added the dry hops on day 6 of fermentation.
Packaging
Filled a 9L keg and 2.5L in bottles.
The beer had a nice citra flavour but not over the top on hops, the bittering was quite good as well. Just need to wait to see what carbonation adds to it.
